Role Purpose

Guest Environment Experts maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel to create a memorable and unique guest experience. The role extends beyond basic room cleaning to encompass all housekeeping functions and the delivery of guest requests across hotel spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Service Delivery

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Create spaces throughout the hotel that help build a great guest experience.
• Move about the assigned space with empowerment to do what needs to be done.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to high standards.
• Ensure freshly made beds and pristine room presentation.
• Clean and maintain all public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel.

Operations & Support

• Stock housekeeping carts as needed.
• Perform other similar responsibilities and reasonable job duties as requested.

• Ensure a safe work environment at all times.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Uphold quality standards in all work performed.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on work approach including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Wide range of housekeeping functions and techniques.

Additional Information

• Position requires extended periods on feet and moving around the hotel.
• Requires hands-on physical work throughout shifts.
