Hotel Cleanliness Expert at Delta Hotel City Center, Marriott. Location: City Center.

Role Purpose

Create memorable and unique guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Guest Environment Experts are skilled in housekeeping functions, empowered to move about their space and take action to ensure hotel spaces support exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Requests

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Respond to needs throughout the hotel with ownership and initiative.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Clean guest rooms and ensure freshly made beds.
• Clean and maintain public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Stock and manage housekeeping carts.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel.

Standards & Compliance

• Follow company policies and procedures consistently.
• Uphold quality standards in all work.
• Ensure a safe workplace for yourself and colleagues.
• Maintain confidentiality in all guest and business matters.
• Project professional appearance through uniform, personal grooming, and communication.

Additional Information

• Candidates must be comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Physical demands include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
