Role Purpose

To maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel while delivering memorable and unique guest experiences. The role empowers team members to move about their space and take hands-on action to ensure all hotel environments—guest rooms and public spaces—support exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience & Requests

• Deliver guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Create spaces that help build memorable and unique guest experiences.

Housekeeping Operations

• Perform a wide range of housekeeping functions across the hotel.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including freshly made beds.
• Clean and maintain public spaces throughout the property.
• Stock and manage housekeeping carts.

Standards & Safety

• Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel to quality standards.
• Ensure a safe workplace through adherence to safety protocols.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Uphold confidentiality standards.
• Complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

Additional Information

Guest Environment Experts will be on their feet and moving around the hotel (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods). The role requires hands-on physical work, including the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
