Role Purpose

As a Food & Beverage Hostess, you spread the light and warmth of hospitality by welcoming guests, facilitating their meal service, and ensuring every interaction reflects Hilton's commitment to exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Delight guests by bringing an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions
• Proactively look for ways to make each guest's meal experience special
• Welcome guests with warmth and attentiveness

Menu & Service Knowledge

• Master the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials
• Help guests and answer questions with confidence
• Learn and communicate menu information accurately

Food & Beverage Operations

• Take food and beverage orders from guests
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system
• Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail
• Manage the food service station to ensure it is fully stocked, clean, and organized

Compliance & Standards

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
