Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely and efficient manner.
• Assist callers courteously and promptly, taking messages as necessary.
• Ensure messages are legible and accurate, passing them to the appropriate person without delay.

Operations & Knowledge

• Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
• Maintain good knowledge of the restaurant's sitting arrangements.
• Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.

Compliance & Standards

• Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
