Role Purpose

Greet and welcome guests to Ballarò with warmth and professionalism, manage seating and reservations, and create a memorable first impression that sets the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Service

• Greet each guest warmly and set the tone for a memorable dining experience.
• Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and answer questions about Ballarò's dining experience with care and professionalism.
• Recognise returning guests, acknowledge special occasions, and discreetly share preferences with the service team.

Reservations & Seating Management

• Coordinate bookings, walk-ins, and table assignments while honouring guest preferences and maintaining a smooth flow of service.
• Communicate arrivals, waiting times, and special requests clearly with the F&B team so guests feel attended to throughout their visit.

Facility & Standards Maintenance

• Maintain an elegant welcome area by ensuring the entrance, host stand, menus, and guest areas are immaculate and ready for service.
• Follow service, hygiene, health, safety, and alcohol awareness procedures to support the well-being of guests and team members.
• Uphold Conrad Dubai's standards in all interactions.
