Role Purpose

Provide technical support and helpdesk services to users, utilizing ITIL standards and Service Desk systems to resolve issues and maintain service quality.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Deliver customer support services to end users.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding technical issues and resolutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2 to 3 years' experience as a helpdesk operator.
• Experience with ITIL standards using Service Desk helpdesk system.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Diploma in Computer or IT, or related discipline.

Skills & Competencies

• Good communication skills.
• Customer support services experience.
