HEAT TREATMENT TECHNICIAN

Role Overview

Heat Treatment Technician position with NMDC Group.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Heat Treatment Furnace Operations and Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) activities.
• Hands-on experience with thermocouple installation and setup.
• Hands-on experience with temperature monitoring and recording.
• Hands-on experience with operation of heat treatment furnaces and local PWHT machines.
• Hands-on experience with preparation of heat treatment reports and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with compliance with HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with heat treatment of piping and structural weld joints in fabrication and construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand PWHT requests, procedures, and technical reports.
• Experience in fabrication, construction, oil & gas, offshore, or industrial projects is an added advantage.
