Role Overview

Health & Fitness Manager at Fitness First Qatar, City Centre, Doha, Qatar, reporting to the Health and Fitness Manager.

Company Overview

Land Mark operates Fitness First Qatar, a health and fitness facility in the City Centre of Doha.

Role Purpose

Oversee all aspects of Health and Fitness operations in the club, managing fitness programs, ensuring member well-being, and driving health and fitness revenue. Foster a positive and motivating environment for staff and members while balancing leadership, operational excellence, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

• Deliver PT revenue targets (PTC and PTS).
• Deliver GX, MYZONE, and Supplement revenue targets.
• Manage Fitness Team Leads, Coaches, Personal Trainers, and Group Exercise instructors to ensure revenue generation and product delivery quality.

Operations & Safety

• Ensure operational efficiency, safety, and quality in all Health and Fitness processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of new and enhanced Health and Fitness product offerings.

Customer Experience & Engagement

• Ensure continuous improvement in Customer Experience and engagement.
• Ensure a culture of Fitness First Winning Ways.

Qualifications & Experience

• Three to four years of experience in managing Health and Fitness teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in selection, recruiting of talent pool, and team building and bonding.
• Ability to offer solutions to specific case issues pertaining to PTC, PTS, and other revenue streams.
• Well versed with international standards and requirements and training delivery.
• Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise programming, and nutrition.
