Role Overview
Health Applications Sales Representative IV at Oracle, responsible for driving new business and account growth across Oracle Health's portfolio in the International Sales team.

Role Purpose
To drive new business development and account growth across Oracle Health's portfolio by developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering innovative healthcare technology solutions that address the clinical, operational, and financial priorities of healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Territory and Account Management
- Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans that drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Manage a defined territory of named and prospective accounts.
- Develop strategic customer relationships across hospitals, health services, and government healthcare organisations.
- Expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Sales Execution
- Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and successful close.
- Lead complex sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Manage complex, multi-million-dollar sales opportunities.
- Lead responses to tenders, RFPs, procurement activities, and executive workshops.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders including CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, CMIOs, CNIOs, clinical leaders, and government decision-makers.
- Support executive-level conversations around transformation, business value, and long-term customer outcomes.
- Partner closely with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams.
- Influence across cross-functional teams.
Solution Development
- Understand each customer's strategic priorities and develop outcome-focused solutions that address clinical, operational, financial, and digital transformation goals.
- Position Oracle Health as a trusted partner in healthcare transformation.
Market Presence
- Represent Oracle Health at industry events, executive forums, and customer engagements.
- Strengthen Oracle's brand and market presence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 12 years of related experience, including 9 years of sales experience.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software, cloud, healthcare technology, or digital transformation sales.
- Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar sales opportunities involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Pre-existing strategic relationships with key health stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of the health sector, health operations, policies, and stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with the health sector contracting framework and tender processes.
- Oracle Health EHR knowledge or experience.
- Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors.

- Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with the ability to align technology investments to customer business outcomes.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Experience negotiating enterprise agreements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
- Collaborative approach and ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
- Arabic language proficiency (preferred).
