Head of Operational Excellence at ALTANFEETHI, based at terminal operations across the Kingdom's airports.

Company Overview

ALTANFEETHI was founded in 1979 for official ceremonies and the reception of the Kingdom's delegations. In March 2021, ALTANFEETHI Company was established by decision of the Board of Directors of the General Authority of Civil Aviation to manage and operate 27 terminals across all Kingdom's airports. The company has transformed into the first choice for VIP travelers and an attraction destination around the Kingdom's airports.

Role Purpose

Manage the development of operational procedures, the Ground Operating Manual, and operational communications while leading continuous improvement to ensure consistent, compliant, and efficient operations across terminal operations.

Key Responsibilities

Procedures & Documentation

• Manage the development, review, and maintenance of standard operating procedures across terminal operations to ensure consistent and standardized operational practices.
• Manage the development and upkeep of operational process documentation and work instructions to ensure clarity and consistency across terminals and shifts.
• Manage the Ground Operating Manual required by GACA through controlled amendment cycles to keep it accurate, current, and compliant with regulatory changes.
• Ensure alignment between the Ground Operating Manual, SOPs, and work instructions to maintain a coherent and consistent operational documents.

Compliance & Audit Readiness

• Support HSSQE in maintaining audit readiness by providing accurate documentation and manual content to enable regulatory submissions and inspections.

Operational Communications

• Manage operational communications to frontline teams through approved channels and alignment with Corporate Communications to ensure clear, timely, and consistent instructions.

Continuous Improvement

• Lead operational improvement initiatives through process analysis and standardization to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operational practices.
• Embed improved processes into procedures and documentation through post-implementation review and audits to sustain adoption and prevent regression.
• Build improvement and problem-solving capability across operational teams through standardized methods to strengthen a culture of continuous improvement.

Leadership & Advisory

• Advise operational leadership on procedural gaps, standardization needs, and improvement priorities to support sound and standardized operational decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or quality management roles.
• Demonstrated experience governing SOPs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive standardized improvements across multi-site operations.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of process optimization methodologies and compliance frameworks.
