Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with business objectives and commercial priorities
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends, opportunities, and market dynamics
• Translate insights into actionable strategies

Brand & Customer Engagement

• Lead destination marketing initiatives and strategic partnerships to strengthen brand equity and increase footfall

Digital & Performance

• Oversee digital transformation efforts and drive leasing and sales objectives through data-driven marketing initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar senior marketing leadership role in real estate or related industries
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities with expertise in integrated marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis
