Role Overview
Head HSE at KBR, based in Abu Dhabi for a PMC project. This role requires onshore site experience in MEGA EPC projects.

Role Purpose
To lead health, safety and environment (HSE) functions on a major project delivery, ensuring system readiness, regulatory compliance, and successful project handover through structured close-out and completion methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Certification
- Verify the readiness of systems and subsystems for MC and RFSU certificates issuance.
- Ensure completion and handover methodology is proceeding in compliance with related contractual documents.
Project Close-Out
- Monitor and approve the close-out of punch lists in the HSE area.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is required.
- Minimum of twenty years of relevant experience in the Construction position.
- Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
