Role Overview

HCM Oracle Integration Cloud Specialist at BlackStone eIT.

Role Purpose

Design, develop, and monitor integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud with expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud systems, delivering end-to-end implementation solutions and providing architectural guidance to functional and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development

• Design and develop integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud.
• Implement REST and SOAP Web Services integrations.
• Execute end-to-end Oracle Integration Cloud implementations with Oracle HCM Cloud as a boundary system.
• Integrate Cloud and database/legacy applications using Oracle Integration Cloud.

HCM Data Management

• Use HCM Data extracts in Oracle Integration Cloud to export data from Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Work with HCM extracts for Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Compensation, Employee, Job, Core HR, and OTL.

Technical Implementation

• Implement XSLT transformations.
• Implement API Security.
• Handle Interface Error handling.
• Execute Integration Deployment.
• Deliver VBCS or Apex implementations.

Oracle Fusion Integration

• Leverage Oracle Fusion Integration capabilities including APIs, Events, Files, and FTP (inbound/outbound).
• Deliver large-scale implementation projects.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Interact with functional Consultants and Business teams.
• Provide architectural and technical solution approaches to implementation programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and monitoring integrations on Oracle Integration Cloud.
• At least 2 end-to-end Oracle Integration Cloud implementation projects with Oracle HCM Cloud as a boundary system.
• Implementation experience with REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Experience integrating Cloud and database/legacy applications using Oracle Integration Cloud.
• VBCS or Apex implementation experience.
