Role Purpose

Support the medical team throughout all stages of hair transplant procedures, from preparation through post-procedure care, while maintaining strict clinical protocols and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

Procedure Support

• Assist the medical team throughout hair transplant procedures, including preparation, extraction, graft handling, implantation support, and post-procedure care.
• Support the physician during different stages of hair restoration procedures while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Room and Equipment Management

• Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials required for procedures.
• Maintain accurate procedure-related documentation and ensure treatment areas are properly organized.

Graft Handling

• Handle, sort, count, and preserve hair grafts carefully according to established clinical protocols.

Clinical Safety and Hygiene

• Follow strict infection control, sterilization, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.

Patient Care

• Provide appropriate patient preparation and post-procedure guidance in coordination with the treating physician.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in hair transplant procedures required.
• Strong knowledge of hair transplantation techniques, graft handling, and procedural support.
• Eyebrow transplant experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently during lengthy procedures.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills.
