Role Purpose
Ensure all guests enjoy a positive and memorable experience by anticipating needs, handling inquiries with attentiveness, and taking personal responsibility for guest satisfaction and timely follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences.
- Handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner.
- Take personal responsibility for all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction.
- Complete follow-up on guest matters in a timely manner.
- Be proactive and innovative in suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs.
- Ensure guest delight with their experience.
Representation
- Serve as a key representative of the hotel and brand.
Qualifications & Experience
- College degree in hotel management or related field.
- Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Front Office Systems.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin language skills preferred.
