Role Purpose
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will create memorable experiences for guests from arrival through departure by delivering exceptional service, personalizing interactions, and promoting hotel facilities to enhance their stay.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service & Relations
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure seamless check-in experience.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Settle accounts with accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional service at every touchpoint.
Experience Enhancement
- Take initiative to add personalized experiences that exceed expectations.
- Promote hotel facilities and identify opportunities to enhance a guest's stay.
- Upsell amenities and services through confident product knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience
- Service-focused personality is essential; prior hospitality experience is an asset.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related property management system.
Skills & Competencies
- Fluency in English.
- Additional languages are a plus.
