Guest Experience Expert (GRA)

Role Overview

Guest Experience Expert (GRA) at Marriott International. This is an entry-level guest-facing position based at a Marriott hotel property.

Role Purpose

To create memorable and unique guest experiences by delivering a wide range of services throughout the guest stay. Guest Experience Experts move throughout the property to process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local area knowledge, making every transaction feel like part of the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process guest requests and operational needs.
• Address guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Share highlights and information about the local area.

Operations & Administration

• Complete required reports and documentation.
• Move about the property to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Take a hands-on approach to work as needed.
• Perform reasonable job duties as requested.

Standards & Compliance

• Create and maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards in all interactions.
• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Additional Information

• Role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
• Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
