Guest Experience Expert at Four Points by Sheraton Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, operated by Marriott.

Role Purpose

Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences by taking initiative to guide guests through their entire stay. Guest Experience Experts are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, making every transaction feel like part of the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Services

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
• Address guest requests and process operational needs.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Transport luggage to and from guest rooms and designated bell areas.
• Share highlights of the local area with guests.

Operations & Compliance

• Create and maintain a safe workplace.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
• Uphold quality standards.
• Complete required reports.
• Complete other reasonable job duties as requested.

Professional Standards

• Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Ability to navigate stairs and service ramps.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds without assistance and 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Hands-on approach to work.
