Role Purpose
Support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of group bookings and events while building strong client and business partner relationships and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Manage client inquiries and prepare proposals and contracts.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Event Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Ensure exceptional service standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Contribute to revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a 5-star hotel.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work in a highly pressurized environment.
