Greenhouse Supervisor

Role Overview

Greenhouse Supervisor at Burjline Builders, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Full-time position.

Role Purpose

Oversee daily greenhouse operations, crop production, and farm activities with hands-on expertise in greenhouse farming and strong knowledge of crop management.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Supervision

• Supervise daily greenhouse operations and farming activities.
• Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks.
• Coordinate with farm management to achieve production targets.

Crop Management

• Monitor crop growth, irrigation, fertilization, and plant health.
• Manage planting, harvesting, pruning, and other crop activities.
• Identify and report pests, diseases, and crop-related issues.

Environmental & Systems Management

• Monitor greenhouse temperature, humidity, ventilation, and environmental conditions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of irrigation and greenhouse systems.

Standards & Safety

• Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and equipment.
• Follow agricultural, safety, and quality standards.

Reporting & Record-Keeping

• Maintain production records and prepare daily and weekly reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in greenhouse farming or agricultural production.
• Hands-on experience with greenhouse crops, irrigation, fertigation, and crop management.
• Experience supervising farm workers and daily operations.
• Saudi or GCC agricultural experience preferred.
