Role Purpose

Support the Head of Partnerships in delivering strategic programs that enhance Snap's presence and relevance across priority sectors in Saudi Arabia, while managing cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and partnership execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Partnerships

• Partner with the Head of Partnerships to deliver strategic programs that enhance Snap's presence and relevance across priority sectors.
• Conduct market and partner research to identify new opportunities and inform partnership strategies.
• Assist in the development of pitch materials, proposals, and executive briefing documents.

Stakeholder Management

• Support ongoing engagements with key government and commercial stakeholders, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Executive Leadership, Talent Partnerships, Marketing, Creative Strategy, Communications, Sales, and Global teams — to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of initiatives.

Program Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of partnership programs.
• Support planning and execution of on-ground activations and brand presence at high-profile national events.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track KPIs, analyze results, and report progress against partnership and business objectives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related area of study, or equivalent years of experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights (preferred).
• Passion for Snapchat, marketing, and growing the business and achieving results (preferred).
• Strong presentation skills (preferred).
• Team player and collaborator (preferred).
