Role Purpose

The Emirati Development Program supports the development of high-potential UAE Nationals at the beginning of their professional journey. Participants gain practical experience on client engagements, participate in structured learning and development programs, and work alongside experienced professionals across Audit, Tax, and Advisory service lines. The program provides exposure to different industries, professional services, and emerging technologies to build technical and professional capabilities for long-term career success.

Qualifications & Experience

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong academic record.
• Successful completion of assessments and interviews.
• For male candidates, completion of UAE National Service is preferred where applicable.
