Role Overview

Graduate Associate – AI & Digital Innovation with Cigna Healthcare in the United Arab Emirates. This is a graduate-level position open to UAE Nationals, designed for recent graduates to specialize in Artificial Intelligence and drive digital innovation across the Middle East and Africa region.

Role Purpose

This role exists to identify, prototype, and implement AI-enabled solutions that simplify, automate, and improve business processes. The position supports Cigna's transformation by building the next generation of AI-capable talent who can deliver better outcomes for customers, employees, and business across the Middle East and Africa.

Key Responsibilities

AI Solution Development

• Identify opportunities to use AI to simplify, automate, and improve business processes.
• Prototype and pilot AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and generative AI platforms.
• Transform data and AI insights into clear and compelling recommendations for business leaders.

Adoption & Culture

• Promote AI adoption by helping colleagues embrace new technologies and ways of working.

Responsible AI Practice

• Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring ethical use, data privacy, and sound judgment in all activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree obtained within the last 24 months in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong academic performance with projects, coursework, or internships involving data, analytics, or AI.
• Demonstrated interest in AI tools and their application to solving real business challenges.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Teams, and Copilot.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Curious and eager to learn.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Collaborative and comfortable working across diverse teams and cultures.
