Role Overview

Graduate Analyst, Integrated Facility Management (IFM) at JLL in Dubai. This role is open to UAE Nationals only. This is an entry-level opportunity for recent graduates to launch their career in commercial real estate and facilities management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Role Purpose

Support the delivery of comprehensive facility management services to clients while developing technical and analytical skills essential for career growth in the commercial real estate and facilities management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and report facility performance data to support the IFM team.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and operational metrics.
• Develop dashboards and visualization tools to communicate performance to stakeholders.

Operational Support

• Coordinate with service providers, track work orders, and ensure timely resolution of facility issues.
• Support management of maintenance schedules, inspections, and compliance activities across managed properties.
• Contribute to day-to-day facility operations.

Financial Analysis

• Assist in budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial analysis for facility management contracts.
• Support invoice verification and expense reporting.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities.

Client Service

• Participate in client meetings and presentations.
• Respond to client inquiries and contribute to service delivery excellence.
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional communication.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Support implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the IFM portfolio.

Technology and Systems

• Utilize facility management software systems (CAFM/CMMS) to track assets, manage work orders, and generate reports.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption within the team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while managing multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
