Role Overview

General Technician at Hilton. This position maintains the hotel's physical infrastructure, safety systems, and guest-facing spaces to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

Role Purpose

Ensure the hotel's facilities operate safely and function reliably across all guest and back-of-house areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and perform preventive inspections to prevent equipment failure and maintain guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance & Safety

• Maintain physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
• Perform repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.

Service Response

• Respond quickly to guest calls and team member work orders.

Preventive Maintenance

• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to regularly inspect facilities and equipment.
• Identify and address preventive maintenance needs.

Documentation & Reporting

• Record completed inspections and repairs.
• Flag issues requiring further attention.
