Role Purpose

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment throughout the hotel while ensuring full compliance with safety standards and local electrical codes. Deliver reliable electrical infrastructure that supports hotel operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Installation & Maintenance

• Install electrical wiring, equipment, and systems in accordance with technical specifications and safety regulations
• Inspect and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance
• Repair or replace faulty electrical components, wiring, and equipment with precision and efficiency

Diagnosis & Troubleshooting

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using testing equipment such as multimeters and circuit testers
• Analyze circuit diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation to understand system requirements and identify potential issues

Testing & Compliance

• Conduct electrical testing and inspections to verify system functionality and compliance with safety standards
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance

Collaboration & Safety

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate work schedules and ensure project completion
• Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
• Stay current with electrical codes, industry standards, and best practices relevant to the UAE market

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, installation, or repair work
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and equipment care
• Valid electrical certification or license (preferred, depending on UAE requirements)

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, circuit testers)
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring practices
• Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards applicable in the United Arab Emirates
• Competency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in electrical work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
