Role Overview

General Site Superintendent – Structural & Steel Works with Cabonorte, based across major civil infrastructure and building projects in the Middle East and the UAE.

Role Purpose

Lead field operations on large-scale civil infrastructure, sports complexes, and structural developments, managing complex site operations and directing experienced teams on technically demanding construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Site Operations & Leadership

• Manage complex site operations across major civil infrastructure and building projects.
• Direct field teams on large-scale structural and steel works.
• Oversee technically demanding construction projects in the Middle East and UAE.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven track record as a General Site Superintendent on complex construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale civil infrastructure or building projects.
• Background in structural and steel works.
