Lead a 300+ strong team to drive business performance, maximize owner returns, implement strategic commercial initiatives, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences at a flagship luxury resort.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Commercial Performance

• Develop and execute a business plan to maximize owner returns
• Implement strategic initiatives to elevate commercial performance

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of 300+ members
• Grow the team and foster team development

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with guests, clients, government officials, and the wider community

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven luxury hotel general management experience
• Strong commercial acumen and visionary leadership
• GCC market expertise is an advantage

Skills & Competencies

• Fluency in English (additional languages preferred)
• Genuine focus on team development, guest satisfaction, and owner success
