Full Stack Web Developer

Role Overview

Full Stack Web Developer at Paredaimplus. Starting salary AED 2,000 based on experience, with annual evaluation based on output. One-month probation period based on results.

Role Purpose

Write core code and create innovative design and layout for company and client websites. Update current online applications and develop and implement a usability testing process to ensure new website applications meet company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Code Quality

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
• Create website layout and user interface using standard HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 5 practices.
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.

Database & Systems Management

• Create and manage multiple databases.
• Maintain adequate knowledge of relational database systems and Object Oriented Programming.

Maintenance & Scaling

• Maintain, expand, and scale company and client websites.
• Create and maintain software documentation.

Professional Development

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in core web programming.
• Available online portfolio demonstrating at least 3 custom-built websites with custom-built CMS.

Skills & Competencies

• Intermediate working knowledge of Core HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Bootstrap 5, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, PHP, and MySQLi.
• Solid understanding of how web applications work, including security, session management, and best development practices.
• Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization process.
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
