Full stack Developer

Role Overview

BlackStone eIT is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its innovative team. This role combines front-end and back-end development to build and improve scalable web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Role Purpose

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will solve complex problems, create dynamic features, and work across the full technology stack to deliver user-friendly, efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications that are user-friendly and efficient.
• Implement front-end components using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Build and manage backend services using Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Utilize databases (SQL and NoSQL) to manage data effectively.

Quality & Collaboration

• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to create optimal user interfaces.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance development processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in a professional setting.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Advanced knowledge of front-end frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Server-side technology expertise: Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Strong knowledge of database management using MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote or on-site environment.
