Role Purpose

Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process while delivering memorable experiences that reflect Hilton's commitment to spreading the light and warmth of hospitality to every guest.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Welcome & Check-In

• Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Complete the check-in process, including verifying guest details, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
• Provide welcome materials and bell service assistance as needed.

Guest Departure & Payment Processing

• Process guest departures by verifying charges and handling payments accurately.
• Issue receipts and operate the point-of-sale system correctly.

Guest Service & Communication

• Respond to guest requests with care and urgency.
• Resolve guest concerns effectively and professionally.
• Manage messages and communications on behalf of guests.

Knowledge & Promotion

• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, and current promotions.
• Provide local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
• Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize room and service revenue.
