Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer service and experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Deliver detailed feedback on the experiences observed.
- Share opinions about experiences in assigned luxury retail environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- UAE national (required).
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
