Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to support service excellence and customer experience improvement across premium sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluations
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, or cars.
- Share detailed opinions and feedback about customer experience in luxury retail environments.
- Advocate for service excellence through honest evaluation and reporting.
