Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve the customer experience they deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluations

• Conduct discreet, in-store evaluations of luxury brands in assigned locations.
• Evaluate experiences across markets such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Document and report observations and feedback on the retail experience.
