Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator for Saudi Nationals based in Dammam, working with CXG, a global customer experience agency servicing premium and luxury brands.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury retail experiences across assigned premium and luxury brand locations, providing detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
- Evaluate experiences across luxury markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Deliver detailed feedback on luxury retail experiences and customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
- Genuine passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm as a premium or luxury brand shopper or fan.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Punctuality and organizational skills.
