Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences across markets such as cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars, providing feedback to help brands turn transactional moments into relationships and emotional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Feedback

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
• Share detailed opinions and feedback about customer experiences at premium and luxury retail locations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Arabic language proficiency required.
• Premium or luxury brand shopping experience and familiarity.

Skills & Competencies

• Keen attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
• Punctuality and organizational skills.
