Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer service delivery across luxury markets.

Key Responsibilities

Store Evaluation

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
• Evaluate customer experiences across luxury retail markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Share detailed opinions and observations about the in-store experience.

Feedback & Reporting

• Deliver comprehensive feedback on luxury brand retail experiences.
• Advocate for service excellence through detailed evaluation reports.
