Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury retail experiences across assigned premium and luxury brands, providing detailed feedback to support service excellence and customer experience improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Store Evaluation

• Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury stores in assigned markets.
• Evaluate customer experiences across cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and automotive sectors.
• Provide detailed feedback on luxury retail experiences.

Qualifications & Experience

• Arabic speaker.
• Premium or luxury brand shopping experience or demonstrated passion for luxury retail.

Skills & Competencies

• Keen attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Punctuality and reliability.
