Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands advocate for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Feedback

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
• Share detailed opinions about customer experience in luxury retail environments.
• Provide feedback on luxury brands across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
