Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator for CXG, a global customer experience agency. This is a remote evaluation role working with premium and luxury brands across multiple markets.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to support service excellence and customer experience improvement across premium and luxury markets.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Feedback
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Share detailed opinions and observations about the customer experience in evaluated luxury retail environments.
- Provide comprehensive feedback on luxury brand retail experiences.
Qualifications & Experience
- Arabic speaker required.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
Skills & Competencies
- Keen attention to detail.
- Punctuality and organizational ability.
Additional Information
- Position requires Bahraini nationals or expats willing to evaluate luxury retail experiences.
