Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Assessment

• Evaluate assigned luxury retail stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Deliver detailed feedback on the customer experience encountered during evaluations.
• Share observations about favorite luxury brands and their service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi National (required).
• Premium or luxury brand shopper or enthusiast.
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.

Skills & Competencies

• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to remain punctual and organized.
• Observational skills to conduct discreet evaluations.
