Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer service and experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluations & Assessments

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores.
• Evaluate experiences across luxury markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Deliver detailed feedback on luxury retail experiences.

Advocacy

• Advocate for service excellence in luxury retail.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi National (required).
• Keen interest in premium or luxury brand shopping.
