Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Store Evaluation

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Share detailed opinions and observations about your experience in assigned luxury stores.
• Provide feedback on the luxury retail experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi National.
