Freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator & Assessor for CXG, a global customer experience agency. This is a remote position open to Saudi Nationals.

Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars, and provide detailed feedback to support service excellence and brand experience optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluation & Assessment
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores and brand experiences.
- Share detailed opinions and feedback about luxury retail customer experiences.
- Assess experiences across luxury markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
Qualifications & Experience
- Saudi National (required).
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Punctual and organized approach to work.
