Role Purpose
Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail environments and customer service interactions, providing detailed feedback to help luxury brands understand and improve their customer experience delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
- Share detailed opinions and feedback about the customer experience observed in luxury retail environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Keen eye for detail.
- Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
- Punctual and organized.
