Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brand retail experiences and provide detailed feedback to help brands evaluate the experiences they deliver and strengthen service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluation & Assessment

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores across markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.
• Share detailed opinions and feedback about customer experiences in luxury retail environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi national.
• Genuine passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
