Role Purpose

Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands to assess customer experience delivery and provide detailed feedback that supports service excellence across premium retail environments.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluations & Assessments

• Conduct discreet evaluations of assigned luxury stores in markets including cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, and cars.

Reporting & Feedback

• Deliver detailed feedback and opinions about experiences encountered during evaluations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi National (required).
• Passion for luxury retail and customer experience.
