Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions
- Proactively look for ways to make each guest's meal experience special
- Delight guests and brighten their day through exceptional hospitality
Menu Expertise
- Learn the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials
- Answer guest questions about the menu with confidence
- Help guests make informed selections
Food & Beverage Operations
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Enter orders into the point-of-sale system
- Deliver completed orders promptly with attention to detail
- Manage the food service station to ensure it is fully stocked, clean, and organized
Compliance & Safety
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
