Guest Experience

• Deliver an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
• Proactively identify opportunities to make each guest's meal experience special.
• Answer guest questions about menu items, promotions, and specials with confidence.

Service Delivery

• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders into the point-of-sale system accurately.
• Deliver completed orders to guests promptly.
• Exercise attention to detail in all service activities.

Station Management

• Maintain the food service station in a fully stocked, clean, and organized condition at all times.

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Comply with alcohol awareness regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of guest and team member well-being.

Product Knowledge

• Learn and master the details of all menu items, promotions, and specials.
